Today's inagural run of the Foxboro South Coop went really well.Thank you to all those we got to meet today during pickup - you are fabulous!!
Here is what was in the baskets:
4 red or yellow peppers
2 bunches green onions
1 hand bananas
1 head green leaf lettuce
1 bunch spinach
3 oranges
3 pears
5 apples
1 head broccoli
1 bag carrots
1 container strawberries
1 container blueberries
Plus any bread that was custom ordered or additional produce off the extra table.
We look forward to next time!
I am pleasantly surprised with the yellow peppers. I don't normally like bell peppers but they are so very yummy, kinda sweet. Love it.!!! Everything taste really good:)
